In March 2022, Han's TCS launched the 100W 405nm laser, which can be used in the laser direct imaging (LDI) industry to exponentially improve the processing efficiency of customers and create higher value for customers.In September 2021, in order to meet the customer's demand for higher efficiency, Han's TCS organized the technical R&D team to develop a 100W 405nm laser after 2 months of research and verification. In November 2021, the first batch of prototypes were sent to the customer for verification, and after 3 months of continuous on-site operation, the performance exceeded the customer's expectation. With the excellent performance of the products, the company received the first orders for 100W 405nm lasers in March 2022.

Maskless lithography is a technology that does not use mask plates, where the designed pattern can be projected directly onto the substrate by laser imaging to prepare the surface structure by development etching, thus eliminating the preparation of photomask plates and related processes.Specifically in the PCB manufacturing process, LDI uses a fully digital production mode of direct projection exposure, without the traditional process of film material, in terms of imaging resolution, alignment accuracy, product yield, automation and other advantages, is rapidly replacing the traditional film mask exposure production method.
